Group Coaching dealing with overcoming glass ceilings, limiting beliefs, fears, emotional blocks to dream bigger to success.

For kids: this would be the package if they normally would need a tutor for school or a private coach for athletics.  They just need someone to help unlock their mental skills to learn for themself or to believe in themself.

5 - 90minute sessions

General format is a quick checkin, main area of exploration for the majority of the time, and then Q and A to address the topic or other concerns we've covered.

Involves Breathwork, Mind Body work, Deep Root exploration, Addressing mindsets/limiting beliefs, habits and anxiety, family history exploration and other tools as needed.
